Elders are entrusted to lead the church family by teaching God’s Word, guiding with wisdom, and caring for the people with Christ-like love. Following the pattern of shepherd leadership in Scripture, they “keep watch over your souls” (Hebrews 13:17), “shepherd the flock of God” willingly and eagerly (1 Peter 5:2–3), and “equip the saints for the work of ministry” (Ephesians 4:11–12). Their role is to point the church to Jesus, serving with humility and love.

Our staff is more than a behind-the-scenes crew — we’re here to create space for people to encounter Jesus, build community, and feel at home. From the smallest details to the big moments, everything we do is about helping others connect with God and each other.
